A pair of fights have been added to next months Bellator 239 card as UFC veteran Timothy Johnson faces Tyrell Fortune and Kristina Williams faces Denise Kielholtz.
MMA Junkie first reported the bouts, but their placement on the card isn’t known at this time.
Johnson (12-6-0) has gone winless thus far under the Bellator MMA banner, having dropped bouts to the duo of Vitaly Minakov and Cheick Kongo. Fortune (8-0-0) is undefeated thus far as a professional MMA fighter and all of those victories came in Bellator MMA competition.
Williams (3-2-0) has spent her entire professional MMA career competing in Bellator MMA, picking up wins over Heather Hardy, Emily Ducote and Bruna Ellen. Kielholtz (4-2-0) has won four of five fights when competing in Bellator MMA and she comes into this bout riding a two fight winning streak.
Bellator 239 takes place on Friday, February 21 from the Winstar World Resort & Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Ed Ruth and Yaroslav Amosov. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
