Report: Two More Bouts Slated For UFC Moncton, Top 15 LHW’s In Action

A pair of bouts have been added to the upcoming UFC Fight Night Moncton card according to MMA Junkie as #10 Misha Cirkunov faces #13 Patrick Cummins and Thibault Goiti faces Nasrat Haqparast.

Cirkunov (13-4-0) enters the contest in the midst of a two fight losing streak, having dropped bouts to the duo of Volkan Oezdemir and Glover Teixeira. Cirkunov hasn’t seen a fight go the distance in almost seven years, while he is also undefeated when the bout goes to the judge’s scorecards.

Cummins (10-5-0) has won two of his last three bouts, with those victories coming over Jan Blachowicz and Gian Villante. Cummins has seen his last three bouts go the distance and it has been two years since the fighter got a finish.

Gouti (12-4-0) has won just one of his last five in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Andrew Holbrook at UFC Fight Night Rotterdam. Gouti also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 22, losing to David Teymur in the opening round of the reality show.

Haqparast (9-2-0) is looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC win, which came over Marc Diakiese at UFC Fight Night Hamburg. Haqparast is also a veteran of the We Love MMA promotion, winning four of the five bouts he competed in the organization.

UFC Fight Night Moncton takes place on Saturday, October 27 from the Moncton Events Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada with Volkan Oezdemir and Anthony Smith headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
