Report: UFC Fighter Desmond Green Involved In Car Accident That Has Left Two Women Dead

This past Saturday morning, UFC veteran Desmond Green reportedly triggered a five vehicle accident that has left two women dead.

Local 10 News out of Florida is reporting that Green lost control of his vehicle while driving north on Sheridan Street, which would then veer into the path of a tractor trailer and that would spark the five vehicle accident.

Emilina Morfa (67 years old) and Emma Suarez (76 years old) were killed in the crash according to Florida Highway Patrol Spokesman Alvaro Feola. The person who was driving the vehicle with the two victims in it was Mily Vita-Vega, who was seriously injured and is currently being treated at the Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. Green only suffered minor injuries in the accident, while another person involved in the accident also suffered minor injuries.

The Florida State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident and trying to fight out why Green lost control of his vehicle. There has been no charges filed of any kind as of this writing and it is unknown if any are going to be.

Green is still scheduled to compete against Mairbek Taisumov at UFC Fight Night Moscow, which is set for Saturday, September 15 in Moscow, Russia.
