The report shows that the victim was apparently slammed to the ground after Diaz grabbed her head and would then be choked by the MMA star. The victim also fell on the corner of a pool while scuffling with Diaz, which may have lead to her suffering a broken hip.

Also, when police arrived on the scene, it was reported that the victim was in a large amount of pain and couldn’t walk. Other injuries suffered by the domestic battery victim include bruising on both legs, reddening on the neck and head, plus pain in the head.

According to the police report, everything started between Diaz and the unnamed woman after she confronted him about having sex with one of the victim’s friends. The woman also stated that she has been in an on again/off again relationship with Diaz, it is unknown what the status of the alleged relationship was when the fight took place.

Diaz would allegedly slam the woman to the ground after a shouting match first broke out and then she threw a glass at the UFC stars head. The woman also asserted to authorities that Diaz had been using cocaine for days before the altercation took place, it is unknown if Diaz was drug tested as a result of the incident.

Another thing the report noted was that the victim had changed her story when speaking with a different police officer at the hospital. The report also states that the victim suffered severe injuries, while Diaz was labeled as the primary physical aggressor.

There has been no comment made by Diaz or the UFC on the matter as the investigation is still underway at this time.
