A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Busan according to Korean MMA News as #8 Volkan Oezdemir is in action against #10 (Tied) Aleksandar Rakic.
Oezdemir (16-4-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Ilir Latifi at UFC Fight Night Uruguay. Oezdemir has challenged for the UFC Light Heavyweight Title before, losing to then champion Daniel Cormier at UFC 220. Oezdemir has picked up a total of sixteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and twelve of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Rakic (12-1-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having defeated the four pack of Francimar Barroso, Justin Ledet, Devin Clark and Jimi Manuwa. Rakic has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came against Christian Radke at Rock The Cage 2 in October of 2011. Rakic has earned twelve wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of those victories came by way of KO/TKO.
