A featherweight division encounter is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night Moncton card according to Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA as Zubaira Tukhugov faces Artem Lobov.
Tukhugov (18-4-0) has won three of four bouts under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over the trio of Douglas Silva De Andrade, Ernest Chavez and Phillipe Nover. Tukhugov also competed once in the Cage Warriors promotion, defeating Denys Pidnebesnyi by unanimous decision at Cage Warriors 58. Tukhugov has picked up a total of eighteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and eleven of them have come by way of decision.
Lobov (13-14-1-1NC) enters the contest while in the midst of a two fight losing streak, having dropped bouts to Cub Swanson and Andre Fili. Lobov hasn?t picked up a win in almost two years, with that last victory coming over Teruto ishihara at UFC Fight Night 99. Lobov has previously headlined a UFC card, suffering a unanimous decision loss to the aforementioned Cub Swanson at UFC Fight Night 108.
