Ikram Kerwat and Simone DaSilva are ready to face off in the first-ever women's main event on a boxing card on UFC Fight Pass.
The two fighters are set to fight in the main event of the May 23 Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Promotions card from the Casino Del Sol's outdoor AVA Amphitheater in Tucson, Arizona for the WBC Female Silver super featherweight title. Also taking place at the event is rising contender Max Ornelas, ranked No. 8 by the WBO at bantamweight, fighting Alex Rangel in the co-feature bout.
The card was also noteworthy as it was supposed to be the pro boxing debut of former UFC and Bellator fighter Joe Riggs. Riggs was supposed to make his debut on this card, but his opponent, Daviante Jones, pulled of the fight at the last minute and so Riggs won't be competing on the card.
