Rolando Romero, Abel Ramos Among Fighters Added To Pacquiao vs. Thurman Undercard

PBC announced a number of fights that will round out the Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman undercard.

In a press release sent by PBC, a number of fighters were revealed to fight on the July 20 card from the MGM Grand Garden Arena, including an eight-round lightweight bout between Austin Dulay and Justin Pauldo.

Also on the card is undefeated prospect Rolando Romero fighting in a lightweight bout that will be either six or eight rounds long. Welterweight contender Abel Ramos will look to extend his six-fight win streak when he takes on an opponent to be named at a later date in an eight-round fight,

Other rising contenders scheduled to fight in separate bouts include once-beaten flyweight Genesis Libranza, ranked No. 13 by the WBC, welterweight Jayar Inson and unbeaten featherweight John Leo Dato.

While these fights are not scheduled to be televised, there will be a prelim card that will be televised on FOX in the United States before the four-fight pay-per-view begins. On the FOX-televised prelims, Caleb Plant will defend his IBF super middleweight title against Mike Lee and a heavyweight bout between Efe Ajagba and Ali Eren Demirezen is slated to take place right before.

As for the main card, Pacquiao and Thurman will fight for the WBA welterweight title in the main event. The rest of the pay-per-view card has a couple of welterweight bouts with Sergey Lipinets facing John Molina Jr. and Yordenis Ugas taking on Omar Figueroa Jr. Rounding out the card is a bantamweight fight between former world champions Luis Nery and Juan Carlos Payano.
