Second Women’s Fight Added To UFC 212

Another women’s fight has been added to this June’s UFC 212 card as Viviane Pereira is in action against Jamie Moyle.

Pereira (12-0-0) has already competed one time under the UFC banner, defeating Valerie Letourneau by split decision at UFC 206. Pereira is also a veteran of the Xtreme Fighting Championships International promotion and she won all four fights during her time there. Pereira has seen her last two fights go the distance and it has been well over a year since she earned a finish in one of her fights.

Moyle (4-1-0) is currently undefeated in UFC competition as well, having defeated Kailin Curran by unanimous decision at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale. Moyle has spent the majority of her career in the Invicta Fighting Championships, where she holds victories over Amy Caldwell Montenegro, JJ Aldrich and Jenny Liou. Moyle also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, losing to Amanda Bobby Cooper in the quarterfinals of the reality show.

UFC 212 takes place on Saturday, June 3 from the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with Jose Aldo and Max Holloway headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
