Three Fights Added To Bellator 202

A trio of fights are late additions to this Friday Nights Bellator 202 card as Ernest James faces Valentin Moldavsky, Jon Hill faces Rudy Schaffroth and Fernando Gonzalez faces Tyler Ingram.

James (0-0-0) is going to be making his professional MMA debut in this fight and does so after an undefeated run as an amateur fighter. James is also returning to action for the first time in over two years, as his lone amateur bout took place in February of 2016.

Moldavksy (6-1-0) is currently undefeated under the Bellator MMA banner, having defeated Carl Seumanutafa by unanimous decision at Bellator 181. Moldavsky has seen just one of his professional MMA fights go the distance and that bout was the fighter’s aforementioned Bellator debut.

Hill (12-6-0) is returning to Bellator MMA for the first time in over seven years, with his lone appearance being a loss to UFC veteran Shawn Jordan at Bellator 45. Hill has fought a total of 18 times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have gone the distance.

Schaffroth (3-0-0-1NC) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and the competitor has yet to get out of the first round as a pro. Schaffroth also held the Full Contact Fighting Federation Heavyweight Title as an amateur, winning the gold in 2015.

Gonzalez (3-0-0) has spent his entire professional MMA career competing in Bellator MMA, last competing at Bellator MMA. Gonzalez has competed a total of three times as a pro, earning victories by decision, KO/TKO and submission.

Ingram (0-0-0) is going to be making his professional MMA debut in this bout, but he did go undefeated as an amateur. Ingram is also competing for the first time in over five years, as his last bout took place in April of 2013.

Bellator 202 takes place on Friday, July 13 from the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Julia Budd and Talita Nogueira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
