The Palm Beach Post has now reported that three teenagers have been arrested in connection with the murder. Those three teenagers are Summer Church (16 years old), Roberto Ortiz (18 years old) and Jace Swinton (18 year old).

Judith Church, the mother of Summer Church, has claimed in interviews with police that the other two suspects forced her daughter to rob and murder Rajman. However, a separate article from the Palm Beach Post has claimed that it was Summer who masterminded the entire crime in the first place.

Ortiz has had several past run ins with the law, including an arrest for armed robbery (he was released when the victim wouldn’t cooperate with police) and firing shots at a 16-year old.

“This was no random act of violence. Mr. Rajman was targeted by these defendants and we intend to seek justice for the victim and his family,” Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said to the Palm Beach Post.

A trial will take place at a future date and if either or all three of the suspects are found guilty, then they could all receive the death penalty. Despite this potential outcome, all three suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
