Title Fight Headlining Invicta FC 26

The Invicta Fighting Championships Flyweight Title is going to be defended in the main event of Invicta FC 26 as Jennifer Maia is looking to defend the gold against Agnieszka Niedzwiedz.

Maia (14-4-1) is going to be making the second defense of her championship and she last defended it against UFC veteran Roxanne Modafferi at Invicta FC 19 late last year. Maia won the champion back at Invicta FC 16 when she defeated Vanessa Porto by unanimous decision. Porto has suffered a total of four losses in her professional MMA career, two of those four losses came to UFC veterans Leslie Smith and Sheila Gaff.

Niedzwiedz (10-0-0) has already earned two victories under the Invicta FC banner, defeating both Christine Stanley and Vanessa Porto. Niedzwiedz also competed twice in the Cage Warriors promotion, defeating the duo of Kerry Hughes and Gemma Hewitt. Niedzwiedz is currently undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and that undefeated streak has lasted over five years.

Invicta FC 26 takes place on Friday, December 8 from the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Missouri with Jennifer Maia and Agnieszka Niedzwiedz headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
