Tom Duquesnoy/Patrick Williams Set For UFC On Fox 24

A bantamweight division attraction is the latest addition to the upcoming UFC On Fox 24 card as Tom Duquesnoy will be battling Patrick Williams.

Duquesnoy (14-1-0-1NC) will be making his UFC debut in this fight and he will be doing so on the strength of a ten fight winning streak, a streak that has lasted over three years. Duquesnoy was the BAMMA Bantamweight Champion, a title he relinquished when he signed with the UFC earlier this year. Duquesnoy’s lone defeat as a professional MMA fighter came to Makwan Amirkhani at Cage 21 in February 2013.

Williams (8-4-0) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, defeating Alejandro Perez and suffered a defeat to Chris Beal. Williams hasn’t competed in nearly two years,/ His last fight came at the UFC 188 pay-per-view in June of 2015. Williams hasn’t put a winning streak together in over three years, his last winning streak lasted for just two fights and for less than a years time.

UFC On Fox 24 takes place on Saturday, April 15 from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri with Rose Namajunas and Michelle Waterson headlining. Fightful will be providing live coverage of the event, with a post-fight podcast to follow.
