Top Rank Announces Crawford vs. Khan Undercard Card On ESPN2

Before Terence Crawford and Amir Khan fight for the WBO welterweight title on pay-per-view on April 20, ESPN will broadcast an undercard on ESPN2.

The undercard, planned to have five fights and scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ET, will lead in to the four-fight pay-per-view card taking place at Madison Square Garden. The undercard will be headlined by a junior middleweight bout between Carlos Adames and Frank Galarza for the NABF title.

Adames has won all 16 of his pro bouts and is 3-0 since signing with Top Rank Boxing in 2018. Adames came into the pro ranks in 2015 after fighting close to 300 amateur bouts. The 24-year-old Adames is currently ranked No. 7 by the WBA and WBC and is ranked No. 9 by the IBF and WBO.

Galarza is on a three-fight win streak since suffering his first two career losses to Jarrett Hurd in 2015 and Ishe Smith in 2016. Galarza sports a 20-2-2 pro record and is currently ranked No. 15 by the WBO at junior middleweight.
