Travis Browne Is Not Against The Idea Of Transitioning To Wrestling To Team Up With Ronda Rousey

Could we see Travis in a WWE ring one day?

Now having spent seven months as a WWE contracted superstar, UFC Hall Of Famer Ronda Rousey has competed on the "Grandest Stage Of Them All" WrestleMania, challenged for the RAW Women's Championship and she will also be challenging for that very title at this year's SummerSlam PPV on August 19th.

At WWE's most recent PPV 'Extreme Rules', Rousey was at ringside for the RAW Women's Championship match and she was flanked by her friends and husband--the 18-7-1 Travis Browne. TMZ Sports caught up with Browne recently and asked him for his thoughts on the possibility of one day transitioning from the octagon to the squared circle and he was not against the idea at all.

?Yeah I don?t know I mean, you know? I?m still under contract with the UFC at the moment. You know, I?ll never say ?no?, but we?ll have to see really. This is Ronda?s time to do her thing in the WWE. She?s killing it, she?s taking over the world, she took over the UFC, she?s taking over the WWE, she?s gonna continue to [do] whatever she wants to do.? He continued, ?So yeah man, I?ll never say no to the possibility of going out there and wrestling. I?d love to go out there and work with my wife, that?d be so much fun.?

Travis was then asked if he would like to see Ronda return to the UFC one day. Browne stated that right now Ronda is as happy as he's ever seen her and he's behind whatever will make her happy.

?You know, to be honest with you, I love seeing her happy, and I?ve never seen her more happy [than] right now. So, she?s really enjoying what she does and I wouldn't change that for the world." He said.

Speaking of SummerSlam the match card for the event has already begun taking shape and to view what's on tap for the "Biggest Party Of The Summer", head over to Fightful's "events" section.
