UFC's weigh ins for tomorrow night's UFC Fight Night Japan show took place this morning, but all didn't go according to plan.

Things didn't look so hot for 36-year old Mizuto Hirota, who shuffled to the scales at the last minute before missing the featherweight limit by four pounds and nearly falling off the scale. His opponent Charles Rosa will get 30 percent of Hirota's purse.
