There was just a single big time MMA event this past weekend and it took the form of UFC Fight Night Lincoln, which saw Justin Gaethje defeat James Vick in the main event.
The show, which saw a six fight main card air live on Fox Sports 1, brought in a total of 596,000 viewers this past Saturday Night according to MMA Fighting. A flyweight division bout between Deiveson Figueiredo and John Moraga brought in the most viewers, with 668,000 people checking out that encounter.
Other bouts on the main card saw Michael Johnson defeat Andre Fili, Cortney Casey defeat Angela Hill, Bryan Barberena defeat Jake Ellenberger, Deiveson Figueiredo defeat John Moraga and Eryk Anders defeat Tim Williams. This six fight main card also streamed live on Fox Sports Go and Fox Now, bringing in an additional 15,593 viewers.
A four fight preliminary card also aired live on Fox Sports 2, which brought in a total of 273,000 viewers. The four fights that aired on the prelims included James Krause defeat Warlley Alves, Cory Sandhagen defeat Iuri Alcantara, Andrew Sanchez defeat Markus Perez and Mickey Gall defeat George Sullivan.
Up next for the UFC is going to be the UFC 228 pay-per-view, with a four fight preliminary card airing live on FX, which features Aljamain Sterling and Cody Stamann in the featured spot.
