UFC To Sponsor Outsports LGBTQ Pride March In NY

This coming Sunday, athletes will be taking part in the Outsports LGBTB Pride March, which is a part of the New York City Pride March, which takes place in the Greenwich Village section of New York.

The UFC, which is home to several athletes from the LGBTQ community, are going to be a sponsor at the event according to MMA Fighting. This is the first time in the promotions history that it has sponsored either the NYC Pride March or the Outsports LGBTQ portion of said march.

Several UFC athletes such as Tecia Torres, Sijara Eubanks and Nina Ansaroff (girlfriend of UFC Women?s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes) will take part in the festivities.

Torres? and Ansaroff?s significant others in UFC Women?s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes and Raquel Pennington headlined last months UFC 224 card, with Nunes winning via fifth round TKO.

Other sponsors of the Outsports portion of the pride march will include Nike Be True, the National Football League (NFL) and the Los Angeles Dodgers. The march is expected to begin at 12pm EST. and there is no time listed at this moment as to when the whole march will come to an end.
