Glover Teixeira, Uriah Hall, Misha Cirkunov Get Top 15 Wins At UFC Vancouver

UFC Vancouver featured several top-15 names that hoped to shoot up in the divisional rankings after Saturday night.

#9 Glover Teixeira wanted to keep himself relevant in the UFC's 205-pound division, and was tasked with facing the #13 Nikita Krylov. Looking to battle father time, he almost had a submission locked on Krylov in round one, but the latter returned the favor. More back-and-forth ensued, but Teixeira ended up taking home a decision win.

Uriah Hall came in at #12 against the favored "Shoe Face" Antonio Carlos Junior, #13. In a rare unanimous decision victory, Hall won. It would be his first back-to-back wins since 2015, and Junior's first back-to-back losses in his entire career.

Jimmy Crute hoped to land in the UFC Light Heavyweight top 15 by knocking off #15 Misha Cirkunov. The fight was all over the place and saw both men gain the advantage in round one. The advantage in the end is what matters, and Cirkunov was able to finish the younger Crute with an impressive Peruvian Neck Tie.
