UFC Veteran Aisling Daly Retires


UFC veteran Aisling Daly has announced her retirement from the sport of professional MMA. She retires with a record of 16-6-0 (2-1-0 in the UFC).

Daly made the announcement via Facebook:

During her near ten year professional MMA career, Daly fought top names like Lisa Ellis, Sheila Gaff, Jessica Eye, Rosi Sexton, Barb Honchak, Katja Kankaanpaa, Alex Chambers, Randa Markos and Ericka Almeida.

Daly was a cast member on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 20, she made it all the way to the quarterfinals before losing to Jessica Penna. Daly’s last bout as a pro came at UFC Fight Night 76 in October 2015, where she defeated Ericka Almeida by unanimous decision.
