UFC Veteran Denis Stojnic Saves Woman From Assault

MMA

It has been almost a decade since Denis Stojnic was seen in the UFC, with his two promotional appearances being losses to former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez and Stefan Struve.

Stojnic, who owns the nightclub known as the Dorian Grey, became a hero in Saravejo when he saved a woman that was being assaulted outside of the club.

?When I saw on my video controller, Dorian Gray, that a huge man even proportions physically higher than me, striking a female person with a fisted fist, I immediately ran out and reacted so that they were protected from the perpetrators,? Stonjic said to RT. ?I conquered it and finally we accompanied the girl along with her security to a taxi, and she did not want to report this case to the police. Unfortunately, in our country violence against women is becoming more and more and my duty as a man, a citizen, and then only owners of objects is that everyone in my facilities feels safe, especially women.?

The identity of the attacker and the woman who was attacked have not been revealed at this time, as the police were apparently not called to the scene according to Stojnic. Stojnic last competed in May of 2016, defeating former Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight Champion Christian M?Pumbu by second round TKO at Hit Fighting Championship 2.
