UFC Women’s Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko defeated Katlyn Chookagian by third round TKO in the co-main event of UFC 247.

A victorious Shevchenko has three potential future opponents in mind to fight next and two of them have yet to receive a shot at the women’s flyweight title.

“We just watched the rankings of flyweight with Laura Sanko, and it was after Katlyn (Chookagain) (and) Jessica Eye. It was Joanne Calderwood, Jennifer Maia, and Roxanne Modafferi,” Shevchenko said after the event (via Nolan King & John Morgan of MMA Junkie). “These three girls I think are strong fighters. They have very good skills. Each one, they have different styles of fighting. I would love to fight any one of them.”

Modafferi has previously received a shot at the UFC Women’s Flyweight Title, while neither Calderwood or Maia have gotten a title shot at this point.

There is no word yet on when Shevchenko could return to action, but the champion says she is ready to compete again whenever the UFC wants.

“It doesn’t matter,” Shevchenko said. “I don’t know – tomorrow, probably. Yes, I’d love to fight soon.”

Shevchenko is just one of two fighters to hold the UFC Women’s Flyweight Championship and the only one to actually defend the gold.
