Retired boxer Paulie Malignaggi was once a sparring partner for UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor, then the photo controversy took place and Malignaggi left the camp.
Vasyl Lomachenko is the former WBO Featherweight Champion and current WBO Super Featherweight Champion, but he is also willing to be a sparring partner for the Irishman.
Lomachenko made the offer to McGregor via Twitter:

McGregor nor anybody from his camp has yet to respond to the offer from the two-division WBO champion.
