A women’s strawweight division fight is a late addition to UFC Fight Night 102 as Justine Kish is in action against Ashley Yoder.
Kish (5-0-0) has already competed once under the UFC banner, having defeated Nina Ansaroff by unanimous decision at UFC 195. Prior to signing with the UFC in 2016, Kish had defeated a UFC veteran in Randa Markos and an Invicta FC veteran in Christine Stanley. Kish has only competed one time in the last two years, which was the win over the aforementioned Nina Ansaroff at UFC 195.
Yoder (5-1-0) will be making her UFC debut in this fight, her last bout was a second round submission victory over Amber Brown at Invicta FC 20. Yoder was a cast member on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, she lost to Kate Jackson by unanimous decision in the quarterfinals of the reality show. Yoder is also a veteran of the BAMMA USA promotion, she won three of four fights during her time in the promotion.
UFC Fight Night 102 takes place on Friday, December 9 from the Times Union Center in Albany, New York with Derrick Lewis and Shamil Abdurakhimov headlining, the entire event will be streaming live on UFC Fight Pass.
