Naito beats on Okada, but Okada comes back and hits his signature snapmare into a dropkick, then sets Naito on the top rope and dropkicks him to the floor. They brawl on the ramp before Naito hits a scoop slam, then plays to the crowd before Naito hitting a running shotgun dropkick. Naito rolls back into the ring, Okada getting back in at 18, Naito sending him right back out of it once he's in. Naito whips Okada into the guardrail repeatedly, then rolls him back into the ring before stomping on him repeatedly. Naito focuses on the neck of Okada, following up with a series of moves including a snapmare dropkick of his own for a quick 2 count. Okada comes back and hits a straight jacket neckbreaker, then drops him repeatedly before sending Naito inside out and out of the ring with a big boot. Naito clubs on Okada once he comes after him on the ramp, then we see Naito walking up the ramp before he turns around and Okada hits a running shotgun dropkick of his own. Okada puts Naito back into the ring, Naito hitting a swinging neckbreaker, then a draping neckbreaker before finishing with a missile dropkick for a quick 2 count, then Okada hits a flapjack as we go to commercial.

Okada hits a DDT and a diving back elbow for a near fall, then locks in Red Ink, but Naito manages to get to the ropes. Okada hits an elbow drop and plays to the crowd with his RAINMAKER pose, going for the RAINMAKER, but Naito counters with a uranage. Naito whips Okada into the corner, then hits his signature trip, double foot stomp, the two countering each other move for move until Naito locks in the Pluma Blanca, a variation of a Koji Clutch. Okada gets his foot on the ropes, then Naito sets him on the top rope, hitting a frankensteiner and goes for Gloria, but Okada counters. Naito spits in the face of Okada, then Okada slaps him before Naito hits a spinebuster, then teases Destino, but Okada counters with his signature reverse neckbreaker as we go to commercial.

They get back up to their knees and exchange forearms before getting to their feet and exchanging more of them. Naito wins the exchange, then runs at Okada in the corner, Okada countering and hitting a series of running basement dropkicks for a near fall. Naito slaps Okada and hits an enzuigiri before dropping Okada with a flying forearm and goes for Destino, but Okada catches him. Naito hits a wheel kick, Okada countering with his signature high angle dropkick. Okada goes for a tombstone, but Naito counters with a reverse DDT, then goes for Destino, only for it to be countered with a tombstone after all. Okada then hits Naito with a RAINMAKER for a near fall, the crowd coming to their feet, everyone including JR and Josh thinking that it was over. Okada hits a high-angle German suplex, then goes for another RAINMAKER, but Naito counters with a roll up before Okada hits Naito with two more RAINMAKER's, the third turning him inside out. Okada then hits Naito with a fourth RAINMAKER for the pin and the win.
