WWE RAW
Chad Gable: Gable announced in a social media post on 7/1/25 that he had successful surgery on an undisclosed injury to his arm. There is currently no estimated return date.
Ilja Dragunov: Joe Tessitore announced on the 9/30/24 edition of Raw that Ilja tore his ACL at a WWE Live Event in Columbus, Georgia. Ilja is expected to miss six to nine months. He’s been at the WWE Performance Center training.
Liv Morgan: Liv dislocated her shoulder in her match against Iyo Sky on the 6/16/25 episode of Raw. There is no timetable for her return.
Otis: Fightful Select reported that Otis would undergo arthroscopic surgery on his elbow. There is no estimated return date.
Seth Rollins: Seth suffered an apparent knee injury on the July 12th Saturday Night’s Main Event episode. There have been conflicting reports regarding the timing of the injury. When hosting The Rich Eisen Show on July 16th, Rollins said, “What I feel is that this is going to be me out for an extended period of time.” There is no estimated return date.
Zoey Stark: Zoey suffered what appeared to be a knee injury on the 5/29/25 episode of Raw. She had to be carried off by a trainer. There is no estimated return date.
WWE SMACKDOWN
Apollo Crews: Suffered a Torn Pectoral Injury on the 1/31 SmackDown episode; had surgery in February 2025. There is no estimated return date.
Elton Prince: Prince has been out of action with an undisclosed injury. He last wrestled on the June 20th episode of SmackDown. There is no estimated return date.
Kevin Owens: Kevin announced on the April 4th SmackDown that he will be undergoing neck surgery and will be out of action for an extended period. Fightful Select on July 19th reported that Kevin Owens underwent surgery on July 18th and the surgery was a success. There is no estimated return date.
Rey Mysterio: Rey Mysterio confirmed that he suffered a torn groin on the 4/18/25 episode of WWE SmackDown (Go Home Show to WrestleMania). On 4/28, he announced on Instagram that he would be having surgery for a torn adductor. There is no estimated return date.
Tama Tonga: Suffered an undisclosed injury in April 2025, which may require surgery. There is no estimated return date.
WWE Unassigned:
Brock Lesnar: Inactive, Removed from future creative considerations.
Big E: Broken neck on March 11, 2022. In a late September 2024 interview with Sports Talk Philly, Big E said he will get neck scans in the next 3-6 months to see if he is healthy enough to return.

WWE NXT:
Brinley Reece: On May 23rd, 2025, Reece announced on Instagram that she underwent successful shoulder surgery. There is no estimated return date.
Noam Dar: Noam had to relinquish the NXT Heritage Cup due to energy. The injury has not been disclosed. There is no estimated return date.
AEW
Anthony Henry: Henry stated in a social media post on October 14th that he underwent successful surgery for a torn bicep. There is no estimated return date at this time.
The Blade: The Blade announced on Instagram on Tuesday, September 12, that he had successfully undergone back fusion surgery. His partner, Allie (f.k.a. The Bunny), said in an autograph signing on 11/8/24, “He’s hanging in. He just started his PT. His back surgery went really well. There is no estimated return date.
Buddy Matthews: Buddy said on the Chris Van Vliet podcast (4/29/25) that he partially tore the ligaments, but they were not completely ruptured. Buddy provided an update on Instagram (6/23) and said his ankle is not healing as well as he hoped. There is no estimated return date.
Colten Gunn: On the 7/19/25 episode of AEW Collision, Gunn suffered an undisclosed injury. While in the match, he grabbed his knee and removed himself from the action. A ringside doctor could be seen checking on Colten, and he was helped to the back. There is no estimated return date
Danhausen: Last appeared on the February 22nd, 2024 episode of ROH. Danhausen can appear at Independent promotions. No estimated return date
Dr. Britt Baker: Baker is inactive. She last wrestled on the 11/24/24 episode of Dynamite. There is no estimated return date.
Eddie Kingston: It was reported on 5/20 that Eddie tore his ACL during his match at NJPW Resurgence on May 10th. Eddie posted a photo of himself on Instagram on July 9th, saying he had surgery. Kingston could be out nine months or more. He stated that he can now lift weights and do squats.
Isiah Kassidy: Isiah and Marq Quen of Private Party both last wrestled in AEW on the 1/22/25 episode of AEW Dynamite. There is no estimated return date.
Jack Perry: Inactive, last wrestled at Wrestle Dynasty on January 5th, 2025. There is no estimated return date.
Jay White: Fightful Select reported 4/2/25 that White will be out of action for an unknown period. He will be having surgery for an undisclosed injury.
Kamille: Kamille has been inactive. She was recently added to the cast of the American Gladiators reboot.
Keith Lee: Lee said in a social media post on June 26th, “Again, I am quite fine. It is not up to me when it comes to a return. But blessings to you as well.” Lee was backstage at AEW All In Texas
Kenny Omega: Fightful Select reported that Omega will be taking time off. The specific reason for the hiatus, and whether it will be a consecutive or sporadic absence, is not yet known.
Killswitch: On 9/30, Fightful Select reported Killswitch was rushed to the hospital on Friday, September 27th, where they found his blood oxygen below 80 percent and determined he had pneumonia in both lungs. Initially, it was said he would miss a month, but that was before being admitted to the hospital. He’s working towards AEW clearance.
Mark Davis: Fightful Select learned that Davis sustained an injury during his match with Powerhouse Hobbs on the March 26th episode of AEW Dynamite. It is an undisclosed injury; there is hope that he will only be out of action between 4 to 8 weeks.
Marq Quen: Marq Quen and his tag partner, Isiah Kassidy of Private Party, both last wrestled in AEW on the 1/22/25 episode of AEW Dynamite. There is no estimated return date.
Matt Sydal: In a social media post on June 14th, Sydal announced that he underwent surgery for a right foot injury. He said the surgeon in the procedure would have to break and re-fuse three bones and use hardware to set his toes into the joints.
Orange Cassidy: Fightful Select reports that Cassidy suffered a torn pectoral. There is no estimated return date.
Ortiz: In Isiah Kassidy’s vlog from 3/31/24, Ortiz stated he had a torn pec and would be having surgery in two weeks and have a four-month recovery period. Based on Ortiz’s estimation, he could potentially return in mid-August.
PAC: On the 4/9 edition of AEW Dynamite was visibly favoring his ankle/leg at the end of his match against Swerve Strickland. There are no further details at this time, and it is unknown how long he will be out of action.
Paul Wight: Inactive, with no estimated return date. He is doing publicity work for the company.
Riho: Riho announced on 7/7 in a social media post that she fractured her arm on the 7/6 edition of AEW Collision. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Red Velvet: Red Velvet suffered a neck injury during her match against Kira on June 22nd at the Fantastica Mania Mexico 2025 event on June 22.
Ruby Soho: Maternity Leave. Announced pregnancy after AEW Dynamite ended on 4/17/24.
Wardlow: Matt Taven stated in an interview that Wardlow is out with a knee injury. There is no estimated return date. Recently added to the cast of the American Gladiators reboot. Also, Fightful Select reported that Wardlow was backstage at AEW All In Texas.
Will Ospreay: Ospreay announced and confirmed our Fightful Select Report that he is dealing with an injury. Will said on the July 23rd episode of Dynamite that he hopes to return in time for AEW’s Forbidden Door event, which will be held in London, England, on Sunday, August 24th.
TNA
Chris Bey: Chris Bey was taken to a hospital with a neck injury and underwent surgery on 10/27. Chris Bey revealed that he suffered from paralysis, which he is actively recovering from.
Elijah: Elijah tore his tricep on the June 17th episode of NXT. TNA announced that he had successful surgery. There is no estimated return date.
KiLynn King: It was announced that KiLynn has a Torn ACL. On 2/6/24, KiLynn shared on her Instagram that she had her surgery. She is expected to miss 9-12 months.
Steph De Lander: De Lander announced at TNA Victory Road that she would be undergoing neck surgery for the C5 and C6 vertebrae. She said on her podcast, That’s Cooked, that she expects to be out for at least six months, if not longer.
NJPW
Gabe Kidd: At Night two of New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s G1 Climax 35 event on 7/20, Gabe Kidd came out on crutches. Kidd announced that he had hyper-extended his knee and would be forfeiting his second match against Zack Sabre Jr. He is not expected to miss much time and hopes to still compete in the G1
Hirooki Goto: Sustained an injury to his right elbow during the match against Zack Sabre Jr. on June 29th. He will miss the New Japan’s July 4th event at the Tokyo Budokan.
Henare: Suffered shoulder injury in December 2024. Per Fightful Select he could be out all of 2025.

Allie Katch: Allie broke her leg at GCW’s The People vs. GCW on January 19th. She underwent surgery on January 20th. Allie said in a social media post on 4/23/25 that her leg is still broken and that there is a metal rod in her leg, and that she cannot run or jump. She added that she does not know how long she will be out.
Bobby Buffett: Bobby announced on March 4th that he suffered an ACL injury. He says there is no set timetable for his return.
Carmella: Announced on 4/29 that she and her husband, WWE’s Corey Graves, are expecting their second child together.
Cole Radrick: Cole suffered a torn ACL and torn bucket-handle meniscus at GCW’s No Comprade event on March 27th; he will be out of action for six to nine months.
Dan Barry: Barry stated in a social media post on 8/25 that he will be out for the remainder of the year. Barry said he has a torn rotator cuff and is hoping to avoid surgery, and hopes to do physical therapy during the hiatus. Barry also noted he would still be doing comedy shows.
Davienne: Davienne announced she will not accept any bookings for the foreseeable future while sidelined.
Kevin Ku: On 5/3/25, Kevin posted on social media that he needed to have surgery on his meniscus. It is unknown how long he will be out of action.
PJ Black: PJ told Bryan Asbury on Developmentally Speaking in mid-to-late September that it would be out of action for around six months. Black last wrestled in a Dark Match for ROH on HonorClub #68 on May 30th. Black did not specify the nature of his injury but stated in the interview that he had been using crutches.
Shayne Hawke: Announced in a tweet on July 12th, 2023, that he has a broken neck and back. He will be out for the foreseeable future.
Valentina Rossi: On 2/14, Valentina posted on X that she would be out for an extensive amount of time with a torn ACL & Meniscus
Zeuxis: Stated in a social media post on 6/30/25, that she had underwent surgery for torn meniscus. There is no estimated return date.
