– Maria Kanellis became the first WWE Superstar to win a championship from their spouse.

– Maria Kanellis won her first championship in WWE on Monday.

– Maria and Mike Kanellis are the first husband and wife to both hold the same championship in WWE. Goldust and Terri Runnels had both became Hardcore Champions, but had divorced.

– Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson won their fifth set of tag team titles between WWE and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

 – Since 2014, last year was the only year that Gallows and Anderson haven’t held tag team titles since their first reign in 2014.

– Trish Stratus accepted Charlotte Flair‘s challenge for Summerslam, which will be her first singles match since facing (and losing to) Vickie Guerrero in March 2011.

– This year, Kofi Kingston has pinned AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Shinsuke Nakamura, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Cesaro, Sheamus, Jeff Hardy, among others.

– In all, Kofi Kingston has pinned nine former world/Universal champions this year in WWE. 

– Kofi Kingston hasn’t lost a one-on-one match on Smackdown or pay-per-view (only gauntlet and Elimination Chamber matches) since last October.
