EARLY: Sean Ross Stats For WWE Survivor Series Weekend

– Saturday night, Kevin Owens returned to NXT to compete in his first match there since August 2015.

– Owens’ win on NXT Takeover: WarGames ended a rough patch where he’d lost four of his last five NXT matches, and lost two consecutive main events on the brand.

– The Women’s War Games match took 27:24, while the men’s went 38:26.

– Though Mia Yim and Tegan Nox entered Saturday at members of Team Ripley, neither ended up competing in the Women’s War Games match. In all, more women who were announced for the team in total didn’t compete, than did compete.

– Undisputed Era has fallen to 1-2 in War Games matches.

– Shayna Baszler was on the losing end of a televised match for the first time since January 2019. She was actually beaten for the first time on TV in over a year, since NXT Takeover Brooklyn 4 in August 2018

– Shinsuke Nakamura, Roderick Strong, AJ Styles all wrestled for TNA before 2009 even hit

– Brock Lesnar vs. Rey Mysterio was the only match of WWE’s Survivor Series/Takeover shows to go under eight minutes.

– Sasha Banks led the women’s match, as she’s credited with four eliminations. Bianca Belair and Natalya are both credited with two.

– Belair was the only member of NXT’s women’s team to eliminate anyone before Rhea Ripley closed out the match.

– Rhea Ripley pinned Shayna Baszler, Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair in back-to-back-to-back nights. On Wednesday she also had a match with Becky Lynch.

– Of all the eliminations between the two Survivor Series matches, there was only one submission.

– King Corbin, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Tommaso Ciampa all led the way with two eliminations each in the men’s Survivor Series Match.

– WALTER was eliminated under three minutes into the match.
