Fightful Select has learned that WWE has plans to return to China at some point this year, specifically Shanghai. WWE has been there several times over the last decade, running live events in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018. Prior to that the only trip was a 1994 house show in Hong Kong. WWE has also ran the Shenzen Bay Sports Center in Shenzen, but we’re told the Mercedes Benz Arena is the likely landing point now.
