Triple H Post-Show Media Call For NXT Takeover: Vengeance Day

Triple H talks to media after the big NXT show!

- Triple H says he takes Dusty Rhodes' name being on that tournament very seriously, and doesn't think Dusty met any of the 8 people involved in the finals, but believes he'd be proud.

- Triple H believes they were injury free tonight.

- Triple H says the NXT Women's Champion had a 20 minute window, so they could have went longer if they wanted. But the match went as long as the participants and agents wanted

- Triple H speaks at length about the process of new signings getting on TV. He mentions some are TV ready, and others have no idea what they're doing yet in that regard.

- HHH has been a fan of Eli Drake's since the first time he was there, but things didn't work out. He says Eli Drake wanted to be on the biggest platform possible.

- Triple H tells me that he thinks that the Women's Title Match didn't miss a beat when the unfortunate table break happened. He said he felt bad and wished they could have it back, but they're pros and recovered well.

-The plan is to keep the same number of NXT Takeovers through the move to Peacock, according to Triple H. They'll evaluate along the way as they do anything.

- Triple H is still a big fan of Mauro Ranallo, and they stay in touch. He's very happy with the dynamic between Vic Joseph, Wade Barrett and Beth Phoenix. He says Vic Joseph is coming into his own.

- Triple H says everyone needs to be coached and helped. Says Tom Brady gets all the coaching and helps he wants. You have to see what works for superstars and be open to things, and says MSK are open and successful. He says he gave them a little opportunity and they ran with it.

- Triple H says the timing has to be right for them, and in the world for NXT to have a Latin American brand. It's a goal, but the timing isn't right
