Apparently there's only room for one well-adjusted loving couple in WWE, even if they are on different brands.
You might have noticed that The Miz and Maryse are having a rough patch in their on-screen marriage and might even be heading for a (kayfabe) break-up. If you're wondering why the WWE would split up a couple that has been so great together over the last fourteen months, you are not alone. Many have expressed concern and confusion at the state of the "It" Couple of WWE.
Well, according to the Wrestling Observer, it's because the debuting couple of Mike and Maria Kanellis has a gimmick that's too similar to Miz and Maryse. Even though Miz and Maryse are on Raw, and Mike and Maria are new to SmackDown Live, that doesn't seem to matter.

Yup, exactly like Miz and Maryse. The resemblance is unCANNY.
Anyway, to replace Maryse as Miz's ringside interferer, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel have been tapped to be the Hollywood A-Lister's entourage. They appeared in bear costumes to beat down Dean Ambrose this past Monday on Raw. Footage of that segment is below:
