Report: Women's Match Set To Go Last At Hell In A Cell

According to multiple sources and outlets, the Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte match is set to close the WWE Hell in a Cell PPV.

PWInsider reported the rumor, and Fightful.com reached out to multiple WWE sources who stated that as of Saturday, the plan was for the Raw Women's Championship match to main event the show. WWE had been touting a 'triple main event,' which fueled speculation in both directions regarding the match.

The contest will be the first ever women's Hell in a Cell match in the 19 years that the match has existed. This would also be the first time a women's title match has headlined a WWE main roster pay-per-view.

There were reports earlier this week that Vince McMahon didn't want Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte to headline the show. This came after WWE General Manager Mick Foley released the news that the match was set to main event nearly two weeks ago.
