Report: WWE Planning To Repackage Luke Harper And Erick Rowan As A Tag Team

With Erick Rowan and Luke Harper still haven't regularly appeared on television for a while, there are now reports that the former Wyatt Family members could be repackaged and brought back to WWE television as a team again.

According to PWInsider, WWE is looking to repackage Harper and Rowan as a tag team and give them a new look. According to those reports, there were plans earlier in the summer for the former WWE NXT Tag Team Champions to be revealed as the team behind the sneak attacks on Breezango during their "Fashion Files" segments. No word yet if they are still moving forward with those plans.

The duo has actually been working singles matches against each other on live events, with Harper getting the win. Despite Harper and Rowan teaming together for the majority of their run in WWE, the two have feuded against one another during their brief time as singles competitors, even joining opposite teams for the 2014 Survivor Series match between Team Cena and Team Authority.

Most recently, Harper and Rowan wrestled each other on the Backlash pay-per-view back in May, where Harper picked up the win as well.

While Rowan has not found a lot of success as a single wrestler in WWE, Harper has, being a former Intercontinental Champion. As a tag team, Harper and Rowan are former NXT Tag Team Champions and have challenged for the WWE tag titles on numerous occasions during their time on the main roster.
