Sasha Banks says the Four Horsewomen push each other and that Stone Cold "slid into her DMs".

In an interview with Champs Sports, Sasha Banks discussed sneakers, her nickname "The Boss", and her career. She was asked about how she got started in professional wrestling, The Boss said she has almost always wanted to be a wrestler.

"I always wanted to be in the WWE since I was ten years old. I remember I told my mom and she was like 'what!?' It's so crazy because now she's my biggest fan. Once I turned eighteen, I looked up wrestling schools in New England. I started training at the New England Pro Wrestling Academy," said Banks.

While training, Banks emailed WWE multiple times trying to get a tryout. She knew the landscape of women's wrestling was changing in WWE and she wanted to be a part of it. When she came to WWE, she made a name for herself at NXT alongside Charlotte Flair, Bayley, and Becky Lynch. She spoke about coming up through NXT with those women and moving onto the main roster.

"I remember being with Bayley, Charlotte, and Becky at NXT and we just pushed each other. Every time we wanted a match we wanted to outshine the guys, having the fans like 'they stole the show.' That's the best feeling in the world," said Banks.

Being praised for the matches' merit has been most important to Banks. She said she wanted fans to consider her matches good, not just "good for a women's match."

Also during the interview, Banks was asked some rapid fire questions. One question prompted her to pick either The Rock or Stone Cold Steve Austin as her favorite. She picked Austin because "he slid into my DMs one time" to tell her congratulations on a great match.
