Last night's episode of SmackDown Live, the "Go-Home" episode for Sunday's Money In the Bank PPV, drew just 2.072 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This is a 12% decrease from the 2.349 million viewers that watched last week's show and represents a new low for 2017.
SmackDown failed to make the Top Ten in viewership on cable for the night, coming in at #11, behind Jake Tapper, Rachel Maddow, The Situation Room, CNN News Room, The Last Word, Hannity, Tucker Carlson, The Five, Your World and the Jeff Sessions hearing on FOX News. SmackDown did manage to come in at #2 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic, behind only ESPN's 30 For 30 about the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers rivalry.
SmackDown was not alone in underperforming this week, as the previous night's episode of RAW drew only 2.542 million viewers, also setting a new low for 2017.
