The Wednesday set of NXT tapings are in the books and shaped the upcoming NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III card.
Ember Moon will finally get her crack at the undefeated Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship. Asuka has broken records in her 16-month reign as champion, and looks to knock off yet another challenger.
Bobby Roode is set to defend the NXT Championship against Drew McIntyre on the show, but a monkey wrench could be thrown into those plans. Roode interfered in a match where if Roderick Strong had won, he'd get an eventual title shot.
Andrade Cien Almas challenged the returning Johnny Gargano as well.
Other feuds that looked to form on the program included Aleister Black vs. Hideo Itami, as well as Sanity vs. Authors of Pain, but nothing was confirmed at the tapings about their direction for Brooklyn.
