All those around the St. Louis, Missouri area who are free on June 18 can still land a decently cheap ticket for the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
According to Ticket IQ, there are hundreds of seats are still available on TicketMaster with prices ranging from $50-$1,005, but a majority of the tickets are for upper-level seats. On the secondary market, the average sale price for a ticket is $155 and the cheapest seats sell for as low as $47. At this time, prices are very similar to the last PPV held at Scottrade Center, during the same time frame; 2015’s Battleground featured an average resale price of $157 with cheapest seats costing $53.
The last SmackDown pay-per-view, Backlash also faced similar issues with selling tickets. The show, which took place in Chicago, sold close to 10,000 tickets for the Allstate Arena, which could seat up to 18,000. The upper deck was pretty much entirely tarped off and ticket sales almost completely stopped once WWE announced what the match lineup was.
Money in the Bank, which takes place on June 18, will feature the first ever Women's Money in the Bank ladder match, another Money in the Bank ladder match for a WWE Championship match opportunity and the rematch between Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton for Mahal's WWE Championship.
