Strikeforce Veteran Brett Rogers Arrested On Sexual Misconduct Charges

Brett Rogers, a longtime veteran of Strikeforce and a former Strikeforce Heavyweight Title challenger, has been arrested by Ramsey County (Minnesota) for three counts of sexual misconduct, the Pioneer Press first reported the story.

Rogers is still in custody in a Ramsey County prison after Rogers was accused by two men of groping them in the sexual manner. A third charge was added after it was revealed that Rogers allegedly touched a former cell mate in a sexual manner.

The first charge happened at a library, according to charges filed. Rogers was said to have grabbed a man's behind while he was using a urinal, then offered the fellow a hand job in the toilet. There is also surveillance footage of Rogers and the man leaving the bathroom, that footage is not available to the public.

Rogers was then arrested on November 22 of 2016 after allegedly grabbing another mans hand and then pulling it towards his groin, then proposing that they go hang out in his (Rogers) apartment.

The third charge occurred while Rogers was under arrest and in prison, where he allegedly groped his cell mates penis twice while he was sleeping. The cell mate did not initially tell police officers because he feared Rogers, but he eventually came forward just a few days ago.

Rogers hasn’t competed since a March 2015 loss to fellow Strikeforce veteran Derrick Mehmen, he is also a veteran of Bellator MMA.
