Round By Round Recap

Victor Gallegos vs. Holt Felkins 

(Note: The coverage of this fight started midway through the round as TPF rebooted their stream due to audio issues and the fight was joined in progress.)

Round One: The round begins with Gallegos catching Felkins in a triangle choke, Felkins looks to slam him and Gallegos releases the hold to get the fight standing again. Felkins drops Gallegos with a knee strike and he pounces on Gallegos with more strikes until the referee jumps in.

Jesus Santos Aguilar vs. Anthony Castrejon 

Round One: The round begins with Castrejon attacking Aguilar with a kick to the midsection, Aguilar responds by nailing Castrejon with leg kicks. Aguilar scores a takedown on Castrejon and he gets the open guard, Castrejon scrambles to his knees and eventually to his feet. Aguilar scores another takedown on Castrejon and he gets back control. Castrejon starts attacking Aguilar with some ground and pound, Castrejon locks in the rear naked choke and a tap out follows.

Van Palacio vs. Josh Powell 

Round One: The round begins with Palacio attacking Powell with a spinning back fist, Powell responds by catching Palacio with a straight right. Powell also starts attacking Palacio with some leg kicks, Palacio then attacks Powell with a superman punch. Powell recovers and he kicks Palacio right in the midsection, Palacio starts attacking Powell with some leg kicks of his own. Powell dances around Palacio while peppering him with jabs, Powell attacks Palacio with another kick to the midsection. Palacio backs up Powell after cracking him with a left, Powell lands another body kick as the round ends.

Round Two: The round begins with Powell quickly attacking Palacio with leg kicks, Palacio charges forward while throwing a combination at Powell. Powell nails a swinging Palacio with a two punch combination, Palacio tries attacking Powell with a spinning back fist. Powell then lands a kick to the midsection of Palacio, Powell accidentally pokes Palacio in the eye and the fight is halted. The doctor comes in the ring and says that Palacio cannot continue and the fight is called off.

Round One: The round begins with the fighters exchanging some leg kicks, Natividad backs up Perez with a high kick attempt. Natividad charges at Perez while throwing a striking combination, Perez responds by catching Natividad with a left hook. Perez backs up Natividad after landing a three punch combination, Perez drops Natividad with a right and he allows him to stand up. Perez instantly attacks Natividad with a striking combination and a flying knee strike, Perez drops Natividad with another right hook and he pounces on him with more strikes. Perez catches Natividad with a d’arce choke and a tap out follows.

Nick Bustamante vs. Salvador Becerra 

Round One: The round begins with Bustamante attacking Becerra with a variety of kicks, Becerra hits an incoming Bustamante with a straight left. Becerra then hits a kicking Bustamante with a two punch combination, Bustamante continues kicking away at Becerra. Becerra nails a swinging Bustamante with a counter left, Becerra then catches Bustamante with a kick to the midsection. Becerra again catches a kicking Bustamante with a counter left, Becerra follows that up by catching Bustamante with a right hook to the midsection. Becerra starts catching Bustamante with some punching combinations, Becerra drops Bustamante with a right and he pounces on him with a bunch of strikes until the round ends.

Round Two: The round begins with both fighters attacking the other with left hooks, Becerra rocks and backs Bustamante with a multiple punch combination. Becerra also attacks the midsection of Bustamante with some strikes as well, Becerra chases Bustamante around the cage while landing combinations. Becerra drops Bustamante with a combination and he pounces on him with more strikes until the doctors at cageside tell the referee to stop the fight.

Sergio Quinones vs. Castle Williams 

Round One: The round begins with Williams quickly nailing Quinones with a kick to the midsection, Williams goes for a takedown and Quinones catches him in a guillotine choke before dragging him to the ground. Quinones goes for another guillotine choke and Williams escapes to gain top position on the ground, Williams goes for a guillotine choke and Quinones escapes to regain top position. Williams sweeps Quinones and he gets on top again, Quinones sweeps Williams again and he gets top position again as well. Williams tries scrambling and Quinones maintains top position, Williams rolls for a heel hook and Quinones escapes to keep top position. Quinones catches Williams in the d’arce choke and Williams goes out cold.

TPF Flyweight Title Decision Fight: Casey Kenney vs. Alvin Cacdac

Round One: The round begins with Kenney attacking Cacdac with a few high kicks, Kenney accidentally kicks Cacdac low and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with Kenney nailing Cacdac with a knee strike to the midsection, Kenney puts Cacdac against the cage wall while using some dirty boxing. The fighters break away from each other and Cacdac nails Kenney with a high kick, Kenney continues attacking Cacdac with high kicks. Kenney again puts Cacdac against the cage wall before separating again, Kenney starts catching Cacdac with some leg kicks as well. Cacdac charges at Kenney while throwing a combination, Kenney scores a takedown on Cacdac and he gets back control. Kenney catches Cacdac with a rear naked choke and a tap out follows.

Danny Navarro vs. Cain Carrizosa

Round One: The round begins with Carrizosa attacking Navarro with punching combinations, Navarro nails Carrizosa with a knee strike while in the clinch. Carrizosa then catches Navarro with a left to the midsection, Carrizosa attacks Navarro with a variety of kicks. Navarro backs a swinging Carrizosa with a counter strike combination, Carrizosa goes after Navarro by nailing him with leg kicks as well. Navarro comes forward while attacking Carrizosa with some rights, the fighters clinch and exchange knee strikes before separating. Carrizosa nails Navarro with a few rights and he jumps for back control as the round ends.
