TNA Runs Into Another Lawsuit, Plus Music Issues

TNA can't catch a break.

Documents sent to Fightful.com, and many other media outlets Thursday revealed that former TNA production company Audience of One Productions filed a lawsuit against TNA, Aroluxe, Ron Harris and TNA CFO Dean Broadhead. TNA allegedly owes AO1 over $223,000 plus interest and other post-judgment costs. AO1 are claiming breach of contract, fraudulent inducement from Harris and Broadhead, and interference in the case of Aroluxe.

Furthermore, David Bixenspan and Kris Zellner of SEScoops revealed that MCC Acquisition Corp funded the latest set of tapings. Information on MCC is few and far between, but the digging that Bixenspan and Zellner did looked like it was related to The Fight Network. Bixenspan was also able to uncover that Carter also personally owes Billy Corgan money.

TNA also had an issue with this week's episode of Impact. The company was forced to remove theme songs used by DJ Z and Mike Bennett from the show. The theme Billy Corgan produced to open the show was still used, so it doesn't appear that his lawsuit had any bearing on the removal.

When Fightful.com reached out to TNA employees, one told us "The biggest surprise we could get is not getting a surprise at this point."
