UFC 210 Prelims Do Terrible TV Ratings

The UFC 210 preliminary card, which had Myles Jury defeating Mike De La Torre in the featured fight, did the second worst viewership numbers in the last two years.

At only an average of 723,000 viewers in all, the show did the lowest of the three UFC pay-per-view preliminary cards that aired on Fox Sports 1 this year.

Besides the Jury/De La Torre fight, the other three fights to air on the Fox Sports 1 portion of the preliminary card saw Patrick Cummings defeat Jan Blachowicz, Kamaru Usman defeat Sean Strickland and Shane Burgos defeat Charles Rosa.

Kamaru Usman and Sean Strickland drew the highest rating for a single fight on the card, averaging 893,000 viewers during their encounter.

A late running baseball game affected the UFC 210 Pre-show on FS1, as the show only drew a rating of 268,000 viewers. The post-fight show that aired on FS1 fared even worse, drawing a rating of 160,000 viewers.

On the same day, Bellator 176 aired live on Spike TV with a main event pitting middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho against Melvin Manhoef. That show drew a rating of 438,000 viewers, it ended three hours before the UFC 210 preliminary card aired on FS1.
