Round By Round Recap

#13 Iuri Alcantara vs. Brian Kelleher

Round One: The round begins with Alcantara popping Kelleher with a punching combination, Alcantara drops Kelleher with a left and he pounces on him with more strikes. Kelleher scrambles to his feet while eating more strikes, Kelleher tries attacking Alcantara with leg kicks. Kelleher cracks a swinging Alcantara with a few counter rights, Alcantara starts attacking Kelleher with a variety of kicks. Alcantara scores a takedown on Kelleher and Kelleher catches him in a guillotine choke to force a tap out.

#10 Johnny Eduardo vs. Matthew Lopez

Round One: The round begins with Eduardo attacking Lopez with leg kicks, Eduardo then clips Lopez with a short right. Lopez takes a few swings at Eduardo with little connecting, Lopez catches a swinging Eduardo with a counter strike combination. Eduardo then hits Lopez with a two punch combination followed by a kick to the midsection, Lopez scores a takedown on Eduardo and he gets the full guard. Lopez attacks Eduardo with ground and pound, Eduardo looks for a heel hook as Lopez pops him with more strikes. Lopez turns up the heat with the ground and pound until the referee jumps in.

Antonio Carlos Jr. vs. Eric Spicely

Round One: The round begins with Spicely scoring a takedown on Carlos Jr and he gets the open guard, Carlos Jr attacks Spicely with elbow strikes while on his back. Carlos Jr rolls for a heel hook and Spicely swings away at him, the fighters swing away at each other while their legs are tied up. Carlos Jr again rolls for a heel hook and nothing comes of it, the fighters eventually scramble to their feet. Carlos Jr grabs Spicely and he forces him up against the cage wall, Carlos Jr scores a takedown on Spicely and he gets back control as the round ends.

Round Two: The round begins with Carlos Jr peppering Spicely with some jabs, Carlos Jr scores a takedown on Spicely and he gets the half guard. Spicely rolls for a heel hook and Carlos Jr gets defensive against it, Carlos Jr scrambles to get back control on Spicely. Spicely scrambles and Carlos Jr winds up in his butterfly guard, Carlos Jr transitions to back control again on Spicely. Spicely defends against the rear naked choke from Carlos Jr by nailing him with a few strikes, Carlos Jr locks in the rear naked choke and a tap out follows.
