The Ultimate Fighting Championships and the owners of the Las Vegas based T-Mobile Arena have come to terms on an anchor tenant agreement.

This deal between the UFC and the T-Mobile Arena will see the MMA promotion run a minimum of four events per year in the arena.

“Las Vegas has always been the home of UFC, and after more than a decade, it is awesome to now have a historic venue deal in the fight capital of the world to make it official,” UFC President Dana White stated.

A deal like this is the first kind in MMA history between an arena and an MMA promotion. The arena will also prominently feature UFC signage and advertisements during other events hosted on the venue.

“UFC will have priority scheduling for its major events, such as International Fight Week, and will have a presence at T-Mobile Arena – headlining the welcome sign in the lobby alongside the (NHL’s) Vegas Golden Knights, as well as concourse activations, signage and retail space. WME-IMG also owns the Professional Bull Riders (PBR), which has a long-term agreement for its World Finals at T-Mobile Arena,” said arena representatives during the announcement.

The next UFC event in the building is UFC 209 and that will be taking place on Saturday, March 4 with Tyron Woodley and Stephen Thompson headlining.
