Vickie Guerrero Would Return To WWE If Asked

Vickie Guerrero says she would welcome another run with WWE, if approached.

The widow of the late Eddie Guerrero discussed that and more during a recent interview with Memorabilia Guy.

"I get that bug every once in awhile," she said regarding a comeback. "I look in the ring and think – God I just want to be in there for one moment, one more time – so never say never. If Vince ever called and said “We need you again Guerrero” my answer would simply be – When? That adrenaline can only be found in the ring."

Vickie Guerrero was a semi-regular presence on WWE programming for almost a decade. In 2007, she turned heel and had stints as the general manager on both Raw and Smackdown. She also managed several competitors, most notably Edge, Dolph Ziggler and her late husband.

After requesting her release in 2014 and subsequently getting written off television, Guerrero made a single appearance on Raw last year in the weeks leading up to the revival of the brand split, when WWE was teasing a variety of returns in authority figure roles as Raw and Smackdown were set to announce new general managers.

Guerrero also gave her thoughts on the current WWE product.

"I don’t recognize half the people on the show as so many have come up from the NXT school in Orlando – which is great," she said. "The females are taking the women’s division so much higher than it was ten years ago. I am so proud of them. A lot of them are so talented; they can do promos, they can wrestle, they are beautiful and they are setting this new elite status for the women’s division. I often get my DVR and fast-forward to the girl’s stuff. I remember seeing some of these girls at the school in Orlando when they first walked in and now they are main-eventing."

Vickie Guerrero remarried in 2015.
