It's been a tumultuous few months for Paige, and she's not returning to the ring any time soon.
The former WWE Divas Champion took to Twitter to announce that she'll be undergoing neck surgery. Paige said that she met with her doctor on Wednesday afternoon to explore options, and settled on going under the knife.
Paige has been out of action for over three months, last competing on Monday Night Raw alongside Sasha Banks, taking on Charlotte and Dana Brooke in a winning effort on June 27. She was suspended on August 17 for violating the WWE Wellness Policy, which Paige attributed to being late for a test. Her boyfriend Alberto Del Rio was also suspended and later released.
The 24-year old was drafted to the Raw brand in July, but hasn't appeared on WWE programming since then. There's no word on how her role on Total Divas will be affected by the aforementioned situations.
