The 2019 Royal Rumble pay-per-view kickoff show will be two hours long and will feature two championship matches. On the kickoff show, viewers will see Shinsuke Nakamura challenge Rusev for the United States Championship, and Buddy Murphy defending his Cruiserweight Title in a Fatal 4-Way against Hideo Itami, Kalisto and Akira Tozawa.
