Ace Austin Says He Was ‘Enthralled’ By Kofi: “I Have A Feeling The Bang Bang Gang Will Encounter The New Level”

Ace Austin took inspiration from Kofi.

The newest arrivals to All Elite Wrestling are The New Level (Kofi & Austin Creed). Upon their debut alongside Swerve Strickland, they became the AEW World Trios Champions and have already defended their titles on Dynamite.

The New Level was discussed by fellow AEW wrestler Ace Austin. He stated during a Highspots virtual signing that he has a feeling The Bang Bang Gang will cross paths with The New Level.

“I was a huge, huge fan of Kofi Kingston when I was young.” It was mentioned that Kofi is now in AEW, and Austin replied, “Oh yes he is! Yes, he is. I have a feeling the Bang Bang Gang will encounter The New Level. I was enthralled by Kofi from when he first came in. I liked his look and I liked the colors and I liked the way that he worked. So, yeah, yeah, big time Kofi, I would say.”

The Bang Bang Gang consists of Jay White, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Juice Robinson, and Ace Austin.
