Adam Copeland Compares Toronto Maple Leafs Forward Gavin McKenna To Will Ospreay

Adam Copeland has compared the Toronto Maple Leafs’ forward Gavin McKenna to Will Ospreay due to their shared athleticism.

McKenna was selected by the Maple Leafs with the first-overall pick in the 2026 NHL entry draft, and is just 18 years old and a forward in the sport of Ice Hockey. Now, an AEW star has compared the prospect to an AEW talent.

While speaking to The Leafs Nation in a new interview, Adam Copeland compared the Gavin McKenna to Will Ospreay.

“I think Gavin McKenna is probably like Will Ospreay. Yeah. Young and Ospreay has been around. So that’s the only, you know, kind of difference there, but I still look at him as such a young guy and his ability to just do things athletically that, that, You know, when I think of some of the plays I’ve seen McKenna make, it reminds me of some of the insane flips or body control that Ospreay has.”
