Alexis Lete To Compete On ‘The Challenge: Cutthroat’
Alexis Lete is headed back to television.
Paramount+ announced that the upcoming season of “The Challenge,” which is the return of Cutthroat, will premiere on August 5. The show will stream exclusively on Paramount+.
Former NXT superstar Alexis Lete will be a competitor on the series. Lete signed with WWE in August 2022 as a recruit with a volleyball background. She was released in September 2023 without ever appearing on WWE TV.
Series synopsis:
Filmed in Thailand, this season will feature 24 competitors — a mix of both newcomers and veterans — fighting for their share of the $500,000 prize. The group will be divided into three teams. “The only way to take home a share of the cash prize is to cross the finish line together as a unit,” the press release reads, but of course, there’s a twist. In the end, the team captain will have the power to decide how to split the winnings — or take it all for themselves.
