Anthony Bowens On The New Day Possibly Signing With AEW: I 100% Would Love To See New Day Come Over

Anthony Bowens discusses the possibility of The New Day potentially signing with All Elite Wrestling.

At the beginning of this month, it would be announced that the iconic WWE tag team would be exiting the company. Since then, several AEW names have spoke about the possibility of Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods signing with the company. Now, another name has said their peace.

While speaking to Adrian Hernandez in a new interview, Anthony Bowens was asked about The New Day potentially signing with All Elite Wrestling in the near future.

“Oh, absolutely. Two insanely talented performers, two quality human beings as well. I think they’d make a great addition. I think they’d be two people that I’d love to rip their arms off in the ring if they ever stepped in the ring with me. Yeah, why not? Why wouldn’t we want them? Those are two accomplished individuals. You’ve got a former world champion in there. You’ve got tag team champions. You’ve got IC champions. You’ve got everything in there. These are two superstars that I think would even continue to shift more momentum towards everything that we’ve been doing, and I’m sure they have a lot of aggression and stuff that they want to get out of their system. So I’m sure they want to get back to the ring as quickly as they can. So hopefully we’ll see them. We already have the most elite roster in the world, and everybody’s fighting for TV time. Obviously, I want my TV time. So I don’t want the roster to continue to grow. I don’t want to take money out of people’s pockets. But we’ve got enough. I think you got the pride of pro wrestling. You got the best. But I 100% would love to see New Day come over.”
